Professor Allen Fung is Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of Non-property Portfolio Businesses of Sun Hung Kai Properties Ltd.

Professor Fung holds multiple roles with the Sun Hung Kai Group, including Deputy Chairman of SmarTone Holdings, Vice Chairman of SUNeVision Holdings, Director of Transport International Holdings, and Chairman of the Hong Kong Business Aviation Centre.

Before joining Sun Hung Kai, Professor Fung was a Managing Partner of McKinsey Hong Kong; and the first Hong Kong Chinese to rise to the position of Global Director of McKinsey's history.

Professor Fung has a strong passion for children and youth services. He is President of the Hong Kong Society for Protection of Children, and Honorary Secretary for the Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups.

He is active in arts and culture. He is Board Member of the Hong Kong Philharmonic, the Asian Youth Orchestra, and the Hong Kong Tourism Board. He is a member of the Leisure and Cultural Services Department's Museum Advisory Committee and its History Sub-committee, as well as a member of the General Committee of the Hong Kong Chamber of Commerce.

Professor Fung has supported the work of HKMA in many ways. He has been a member of numerous committees, including serving on the Panel of Adjudicators of the Award for Excellence in Training and Development. Over the years, he has lent his support as Session Chairman, Organizing Committee Chairman and Keynote Speaker of our Annual Conference. In 2014, he was appointed Fellow of the HKMA; and Council Member in 2010.

Professor Fung graduated from Oxford University and has a PhD from Harvard University. He was a Guggenheim Fellow and taught at Brown University as an Assistant Professor.

Professor Fung's commitment and contributions to management excellence, to the nurturing of future generations, to the sustainable development of Hong Kong's businesses, as well as society-at-large, are admirable and unquestionable.

Professor Claire Hsu is the Co-founder, Co-chair and former Executive Director of the Asia Art Archive.

While still in her mid-twenties, Professor Hsu established the Asia Art Archive, an independent, non-profit organization, to promote the documentation and appreciation of Asian art. She has put together one of the world's leading collections of Asian art resources, which are freely available to the public on the website, and at its various locations in Hong Kong, New York and New Delhi. The Archive also organizes educational programmes, such as talks and residencies for artists. It has presented thousands of public programmes and works with hundreds of schools and institutional partners.

Professor Hsu has brought tremendous energy to the world of art. She served on the West Kowloon Museum's Advisory Group, M+ Board, and M+ Acquisitions Committee from 2005 - 2020. She is a Board Member of the Foundation for Arts Initiatives, and regularly speaks at forums around the world.

As a leading advocate for contemporary Asian art, Professor Hsu has received numerous awards and honours. She is the recipient of the Montblanc de la Culture Arts Patronage Award by the Montblanc Cultural Foundation in 2018; Master of the Arts Award at the American Chamber of Commerce, Women of Influence Conference and Awards in 2015; the RBS Coutts/ Financial Times Women in Asia Award in 2009; and the Asian Cultural Council Starr Foundation Fellowship in 2003. In 2013, she was selected as a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum.

Professor Hsu received her Bachelor of Arts in Chinese and History, and Master of Arts in Art History, from University of London, School of Oriental and African Studies.

Professor Mary Huen has had an illustrious career in business management and banking services. She joined Standard Chartered Bank in 1991. Throughout her tenure, she has contributed enormously to the Bank as well as the industry. She advanced banking products and services, such as balance sheet product management, wealth management and distribution. She facilitated the Bank's regional expansion, holding key positions, such as Regional Head of Retail Banking, Greater China & North Asia.

In 2017, Professor Huen was appointed CEO for Hong Kong, and Cluster CEO for Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan in 2021. Today, she sits on the Groups Management Team, as well as the board of Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong). She is also chairperson of Mox Bank Limited.

Professor Huen is Chairperson of the Hong Kong Association of Banks. She is a member of the Banking Advisory Committee of the Hong Kong Monetary Authority; and a member of the Exchange Fund Advisory Committee's two Sub-Committees - the Financial Infrastructure and Market Development Sub-Committee, and the Currency Board Sub-Committee.

Professor Huen is an avid supporter of community services. She is a representative of Hong Kong, China to the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation Business Advisory Council; Chairperson of the Hong Kong Trade Development Council Financial Services Advisory Committee, and the Asian Financial Forum Steering Committee. She is Board Member of the Hong Kong Tourism Board, Hong Kong Hospital Authority, Hong Kong Community Chest, and the HKBU Foundation. She was appointed Justice of the Peace by the HKSAR Government in July 2022.

Professor Huen has given immense support to the work of HKMA. She has generously shared her business insights and wisdom at this year's HKMA Award for Excellence in Training and Development Seminar in June. She serves on numerous HKMA committees, including the Quality Award Organizing Committee, Annual Conference Organizing Committee, HR Sub-Committee; and the HKMA Sustainability Award Panel of Judges. She is a member of the HKMA Council and Executive Committee.
