Biography

Karen joined the Wharf Group in 1993 and was responsible for the launch of Times Square. In 1997, Karen had the additional responsibility of Harbour City and embraced this unique challenge to promote two malls concurrently for five years. From 2001 onward, Karen focused her efforts on Harbour City.

Karen is now the Assistant General Manager - Promotions and Marketing of Harbour City. Valuable marketing experience was gained promoting the two malls both locally and internationally with special emphasis in developing the Mainland market. In 2009, Karen took another step ahead by promoting Harbour City online, and successfully integrated the new media with traditional media.

Karen began her career at Ogilvy and Mather Advertising and joined the advertising departments of Standard Chartered Bank and American Express Bank prior to joining the Wharf Group. Karen is currently the vice chairman of the Hong Kong Advertisers Association.
