HKMA Talent Development Fund
Supports In-Service Executives, Encourages Lifelong Learning

With the mission to nurture human capital through management education and training at all levels for developing talents for Hong Kong, The Hong Kong Management Association is pleased to announce the launch of the "HKMA Talent Development Fund" for executives in financial needs to fulfil their aspiration in pursuing knowledge and upgrading qualifications. Fund will be awarded to non-degree holders whose monthly income is $20,000 or below to study selected diploma and degree programmes. The recipients will receive either $10,000 or $20,000 to assist them in their study of diploma and degree programmes respectively.


Eligibility

All applicants should satisfy the following criteria*:

  • Hong Kong residents
  • Non-degree holders
  • Monthly salary of HK$20,000 or below
  • at least 2 years of work experience

* Applicants should satisfy the admission criteria of the respective programme of their choice.


How to Apply

All applicants are required to submit the following by post to HKMA (16/F Tower B Southmark, 11 Yip Hing Street, Wong Chuk Hang, Hong Kong)

1. Fund application form 4. Photocopies of relevant certificates and documents
2. Programme enrolment form 5. Photocopies of salary slip
3. 300-word write-up, either in English or Chinese, on the topic, "Your Future Plan for Career Advancement and Continuing Education" 6. Recent photo
