HKMA Proudly Announces its Partnership with Cornell University
in Launching an Executive Education Programme

Strategic thinking is increasingly considered a crucial skill to CEO`s and senior levels of leadership. It allows leaders to react strategically to environmental shifts and navigate the unknown effectively. To equip leaders with the insight and knowledge they need to tackle the complexities of 21st century leadership, the Johnson School of Management at Cornell University and the Hong Kong Management Association (HKMA) are partnering to offer a customized and experiential learning programme intended for senior managers and leaders. This is also the first executive education programme launched by Cornell University in Hong Kong in partnership with the HKMA.

Education for Business Impact
The two-day programme "Strategic Leadership" focuses on enhancing a leader`s capability to think strategically about their business and deliver additional value to the organization through new strategic thinking.

A pioneer in management education, Johnson at Cornell adopts three elements for education to make a business impact. Through immersive and experiential learning process, innovative business model and impactful content topics, participants will learn how to leverage strategic frameworks for business values, how to do scenario planning on strategic trends and considerations, enterprise leadership model about aligning the organizational resourcing around the company`s key strategies priority and how to implement strategic change in their business.

World Class Teaching with International Recognition
Both a private university and the land-grant institution of New York State, Cornell University is the most educationally diverse member of the Ivy League. Since 1953, Johnson School of Management at Cornell University has worked with organizations and executives to help them further their strategic business objectives through education. Johnson has designed and delivered learning solutions to numerous business clients including multinational corporations and renowned professional institutions such as Citibank, Pfizer and Peking University.
