Development Category Any activity, initiative or programme focused on people development that contributes to on-going enhancement of organizational capability and business results.

More Outstanding Programmes Will Be Recognized!

The following awards will be granted in each category:

Gold, Silver and Bronze Prizes
Excellence Awards

Most Innovative Award(s)
Special Award(s)
Special Award(s) for SMEs

Judging Process:

All participating companies are required to submit a 2-page programme summary to the Board of Examiners comprising members of the Training Awards Organizing Committee and Human Resources Development Management Committee. All companies will be invited to give a 15-minute presentation (in English, Cantonese or Putonghua) on the training or development programmes, followed by a Question-and-Answer session.

The Board of Examiners will select the finalists and determine recipients of Certificate(s) of Merit, Recruit Most Innovative Awards and Special Awards for SMEs from among all the participating training or development programmes. In addition, a number of Special Citations will be granted at the discretion of the Examiners to recognize training or development programmes with excellent performance in different individual areas.

Finalists of each category will be invited to submit a 5-page written submission of their training or development programmes and to deliver a 20-minute presentation followed by a 10-minute Question-and-Answer session in English before the Panel of Adjudicators at the Final Presentation Seminar, an experience-sharing seminar open to all executives. The Adjudicators will decide on the winners of Gold, Silver, Bronze Prizes and Excellence Awards for both categories. The Best Presentation Award in both categories will be selected by all participants attending the Final Presentation Seminar.
