| To recognize the achievement of companies in staff training and human resources development, six companies were awarded the Management Development Credit Unit (MDCU) Awards. For private sector, City Telecom (HK) Ltd and Neway Karaoke Box are awarded the MDCU "Largest Sponsor of Training Hours Award" and "Largest Sponsor of Staff Members Award" respectively. Diploma in Management Studies (DMS) Graduation Ceremony |
The Diploma in Management Studies (DMS) Graduation Ceremony was also held at the dinner. This year, more than 400 students successfully completed and graduated from the programme. Established by the Hong Kong Management Association in 1975 and jointly organized with Lingnan University since 1998, the DMS programme aims to meet the needs of in-service managers and executives who seek a formal education in modern business management. Over 14,000 students have been graduated from the programme. The Diploma is widely recognized by overseas universities and graduates are also granted membership or exemptions by a number of prominent professional institutes.
