The establishment of HKMA PRIME 26/8/2003
The Hong Kong Management Association proudly announces the establishment of HKMA Professional Institute of Management and Education (PRIME). HKMA PRIME is an extension of The Hong Kong Management Association offering a wide range of continuing education and training programmes. They include Degree programmes jointly organized with overseas universities (Doctorate, Master and Bachelor Degrees), Diploma and Professional Diploma programmes, Certificate Programmes, Distance Learning Programmes, Executive Development Programmes, Preparatory Programmes for Professional Examinations, Foundation Diploma Programmes and so forth. This is to cope with the policy of the HKSAR Government in promoting lifelong learning so as to enhance the knowledge, skills as well as competitiveness of people in Hong Kong. Through HKMA PRIME, the Association hopes to enhance its image as a premier continuing education and training provider and strengthen its provision of a more comprehensive range of programmes suitable for executives in different levels and with different interests. The Hong Kong Management Association was established in 1960. As a non‑profit‑making professional organization, its mission is to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of management in Hong Kong. It is one of the largest providers of management training and education in the Territory offering over 2,400 training programmes to more than 61,000 participants annually. The Association also organizes a series of Awards to cultivate a general culture of modern management.
