- Learn to package your issues into Term Sheets for best, worst and middle case requests
- Diagnose your counterparties then select and practice negotiation tactics to get what you want
- Prepare and practice your concession exchange to fi nalise what you surrender in return for getting what you want
- Role play and practice selected participant scenarios and other situations
- Play games to remind yourselves of basic behaviours and how to return to haunt you
- Consider the nine nurdles to successful change implementation and which ones you'll need to focus on to get what you want
