Overview
Construction contracts need careful handling as claims are a fact of life in the construction industry. This workshop provides the practical legal skills and knowledge for handing those claims commonly encountered, including those related to delays and disruption, variation and change orders, payments, certification and the preparation of records and documentation.
It provides participants with the necessary training for handling contracts in any context, such as in purchasing, sales, servicing and maintenance.
