One of the missions of The Hong Kong Management Association is to nurture human capital through management education and training at all levels. We therefore endeavour to provide management education and training as well as to help promote a lifelong learning culture. In an increasingly competitive business environment, executives need to constantly upgrade their skills and qualifications to meet challenges. However, due to financial burdens such as family commitments and housing needs, many executives find it difficult to finance their continuing education independently even though they realize the need to learn.
In view of the above, the Association has been providing finance support annually since 2010 to assist working executives in upgrading themselves. With the kind support of the sponsors, over 200 students have been benefited from our schemes since then.
In 2019-20, the Association will continue to assist working executives who have a monthly income of $25,000 or below with their continuing education. Each recipient will receive a fund of $10,000 for one of the selected diploma programmes or $20,000 for one of the selected degree programmes.
