Mr Vincent Woo joined Maxim's Caterers Limited since 2011 as Training Manager, Japanese Chain Restaurants and is responsible for developing and soliciting learning solutions from needs identification, programme development to measurement and validation at multiple levels of staff members for frontline operations. Vincent has extensive experience in talent management, succession planning and driving cultural change. He was the winner of the Outstanding New Trainer Award in 2008; Distinguished Trainer Award in 2014; and Best Presentation Award of the Skill Training Category in 2015 of the HKMA Award for Excellence in Training and Development.
