With over 17 years of experience in training, coaching and facilitation, Yvonne is passionate about facilitating cross-background teams and leaders. She has helped teams and leaders to connect, have meaningful dialogues and make informed choices.

Yvonne is currently APAC Change Manager focusing on SAP implementation at RS Components (RS), a global distributor for engineers. When the company embarked on a global operating model in 2013, Yvonne was instrumental in helping the Asia Pacific operations embrace the change. She has been responsible for developing and coaching over 280 local leaders and change agents across 10 Asia Pacific Countries adopt and adapt the new SAP system. She also supports the local teams in their engagement drives during the project period, facilitates end-to-end process training and promotes cross-team collaboration.

Prior to her in-house role at RS, Yvonne, an IAF (International Association of Facilitator) Certified Professional Facilitator, had facilitated strategic alignment, cross-team collaboration and team building interventions for MNCs and NGOs. In her leisure time, she starts to extend her facilitation, leadership & organization development practices to local schools by developing school teachers and leaders as facilitators.
