Born in1970,Fujian. Stanley Ng is chairman of Hong Kong Federation of Trade Unions (HKFTU). He is also a Hong Kong deputy to the 12th National People's Congress and member of the Standing Committee of the Xiamen Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference.

Stanley Ng joined the union since 1998 and served the Hong Kong Clerical and Professional Employees General Union and the Hong Kong Federation of Trade Unions Youth Commission. 2010, Stanley Ng received 342 votes overwhelmingly elected and became the new member of Labour Advisory Board in Hong Kong.

He had invited to be a part-time consultant of the SAR Government's Central Policy Unit, he has accumulated many experience in politics at the national level as well as Hong Kong affairs.
