Barry Ip is a dynamic regional HR leader with strategic vision, strong business acumen, keen insight and strong execution capability.

With over 20 years of solid work experience, he has perviously worked at the executive level and regional leadership roles of a number of leading companies such as The HK Jockey Club, Microsoft, Wilson Learning etc, he is commercially oriented and able to connect workforce, organization and leadership needs to produce tangible results.

Barry is currently with Jabil Circuit inc., a Fortune 500 organisation, as Regional Director, Learning and Development, Asia. He is also a committee member of People Development Committee of Hong Kong Management Association (HKMA) and co-chairperson of L&D committee of HKIHRM. He holds a MBA degree from City University of Birmingham, UK.
