Biography
Mr. Hu joined the South China Morning Post Group as its CEO in June 2012. Before joining SCMP, he was Senior EVP with the Singapore Press Holdings overseeing its Chinese Newspaper Business and the group's Newspaper Services function. Prior to that, he held various senior positions with Singapore Telecom’s Information Technology Services arm NCS Ltd, the Singapore Economic Development Board, Singapore National Computer Board and Internet start-up Asiacontent.com. Having lived and worked in Singapore, Shanghai, Suzhou, Beijing, Taipei and Hong Kong, Mr. Hu has extensive regional business experience in the media and technology sectors. |
